Anabela Da Silva

In 1995, Anabela was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of SA. She is highly skilled in litigation and has handled numerous commercial and family law cases in various courts, including the High Court, Regional Court and Magistrate Court.  Anabela has also acted as an arbitrator and conducted several commercial arbitrations.

With her expertise in litigation, Anabela offers tailored solutions to a diverse range of clients. She has a particular interest in family law and has successfully handled large family law matters.  Anabela possesses strong strategic and management skills, enabling her to effectively implement legal solutions.

In terms of appointments and affiliations, Anabela has served as a lecturer for the Law Society of the Northern Provinces and has been part of the examination panel for the Law Society’s Attorneys Admission examinations for several years. Additionally, she is a member of the International Law Firms (ILF).

Anabela’s areas of expertise include handling high-profile commercial arbitrations and litigation matters for prominent corporate entities in industries such as pharmaceuticals, banking, motor, tracking and fashion.
