Lawrence has almost 30 years of experience in commercial litigation, dispute resolution and commercial transactions including sales of commercial enterprises and general business/commercial agreements. He has managed due diligence investigations in respect of the matters which he handles. In addition, he has experience in sports administration disputes.
After completing articles of clerkship, Lawrence commenced practice as an associate with Rapeport Fanaroff & Partners. Approximately a year thereafter, he formed Rapeport Incorporated with two other partners. Lawrence was a director of Rapeport Incorporated until March 2016 and he joined TWB as a partner in April 2016.
Lawrence is widely regarded as an approachable and personable professional who builds strong, enduring relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
