Lungelo obtained his BCom Law degree from the University of Pretoria in 2020 and his LLB degree from the University of Pretoria in 2022. During his BCom Law, Lungelo majored in financial accounting and financial management and during his LLB he majored in tax law, competition law and environmental law.
Lungelo joined the corporate commercial department at TWB in 2023 as a candidate attorney, working under the supervision of Zoe Banchetti. Lungelo routinely assists in M&A transactions, the drafting of commercial opinions and the drafting of commercial litigation papers. His experience extends to the preparation of shareholders agreements, sale of shares agreements, the drafting of resolutions, the drafting of litigation application papers and conducting research on various matters.
Lungelo’s interest includes the legal fields of Taxation and Competition.
